This is THE store in Colorado Springs! They have a corporate rating system, and the employees there are always scrambling for the highest ratings. Their customer service is awesome, and this store is the largest Popeye's in town, making it very comfortable inside. The staff is on the ball, and delight in their great service. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty.

This has to be the worse place around. They give you what they want you to have if you don't check it before leaving. I sent my husband to get chicken for dinner. He goes through the drive through which was the first mistake. When he gets home instead of mild its spicy, instead of fresh its old. You can tell its old because its all dried out. You can tell they had the chicken sitting in the batter to long as the crust was thick and hard. We were so mad we threw the chicken away an went to KFC and bought chicken. We've had this problem several times an each time we've had to go back to get the chicken replaced. Second mistake is giving them chances an third mistake was going back again. The mgr or general mgr should take pride in the people they hire and the product they sell and send out the door with customers. This was truly pathetic and we'll never eat there again. If you're in the mood for chicken either go to another Popeye's or KFC, don't waste your money at this one. NASTY!!

Walked into this Popeye's on my way home from work. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while three different employees were working on orders. Not one of them even acknowledged my presence; not one smile; nor did one of them let me know they cared that I had chosen to be their customer that night and someone would be right with me. I left, in shock, and gave me business and money, to a different restaurant. Will not be back to this location.

This place has NO air conditioning so it's hotter than hell. The place is also old and run down. Service was fast and friendly but the chicken was dry and the biscuits were stale. I usually love Popeyes but this location has serious issues.

I hardly ever get fast food but was rushed that day. I purchased the 3 piece combo and 5 piece chicken strips. Wow. First the legs and thigh had no meat. I'm not sure where they get their chickens, but they are anorexic. I have never seen such pathetic chicken in all my life. The strips had no meat as well, just batter. We paid $18.17 for crap. I will never go to another Popeye's again. The biscuit was okay and rice was good but very small. Overpriced and poor quality food. I remember when Popeye's chicken was great. What a shame.

The best fried chicken in town. The new red stick combo is pretty good as well. Not a whole lot of chicken in the basket but still very good. The boys and I come by this place every Friday. If you want the best fried chicken in town you have to go to Popeye's.

The fish is prepared fresh so we had to wait a few minutes but they offered us water while we waited. Hilario brought our food to us and was very professional / friendly. Food was worth the wait! Everything was hot and tasted fresh. Only issue was that they offered us butter/honey but wasn't in the bag when we got home.

Definitely recommend their chicken. Best in town. I enjoy this place at least once a month. Great food and a great staff. Orders always come out fast and always correct. I had the red sticks recently and those are pretty good as well.
